What shipping options are available?
Standard shipping All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Tilghman Maryland to arrive within five business days of receipt of your order. We will require an actual physical 911 address in order to deliver your product. Rush Delivery For an additional $15.00 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. (Or received by 3pm EST Monday through Thursday arrives in two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday arrive on Tuesday.
How are delivery charges calculated?
Our shipping charges are based on the merchandise total of each delivery address.

Can orders be shipped to foreign countries? We regret that we’re currently unable to ship to destinations outside the United States and Candada.
What shipping charges apply to gift certificates? There is no shipping charge unless you opt for rush two-day delivery, for $6.50. Please remember certificate orders take one day to process in addition to the delivery time. Rush orders placed Monday through Thursday arrive in three business days; rush orders placed Friday through Sunday arrive Wednesday.

Satisfaction guarantee
We want you to love our Dishwasher Creations Panel. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price less the shipping charge, assuming that returns are made within 30 days of the purchase and that returned items are in their original condition. For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will be happy to refund your original shipping cost.
